  ? semiconductor components industries, llc, 2001 january, 2001 rev. 1 1 publication order number: mc100el91/d mc100el91 3.3v / 5vtriple lvpecl / pecl input to -5v ecl output translator the mc100el91 is a triple lvpecl / pecl input to ecl output translator. the device receives standard or low voltage differential pecl signals, determined by the v cc supply level, and translates them to differential 5 v ecl output signals.
